If you encounter any issues, we encourage you to contact us within 7 days of your purchase for all products. In the case that your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us within 24 hours via WhatsApp at +92 334 5300989 so we can promptly address your concerns.
Essential Information Prior to Initiating a Return
Customers are required to return the item to our warehouse following acknowledgment from our customer service team. The responsibility of shipping the item via a traceable delivery method, such as courier or registered post, falls to the customer, and all associated costs must be borne by the customer.
Our Replacement Policy Applies In the Following Scenarios:
• You received an incorrect product.
• The product delivered has defects or issues.
To Effectively Replace Your Product, Please Follow These Guidelines:
1. Notify us within the stipulated time frame.
2. Ensure the product is undamaged, unused, and in the same condition as when it was received.
3. Include the original packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories that were part of your order.
4. Ensure that none of the aforementioned items, including the product itself, are marked or defaced in any manner.
Additional Considerations
Products that do not come with a company warranty are eligible for a 7-days inspection policy from TheXFactory.pk. Please note that this policy does not extend to products that include a manufacturer’s warranty.
Replacement processing may take up to 3-5 business days after inspection by the TheXFactory.pk team.
